The Gefu Food Mill FLOTTE LOTTE with 2 interchangeable discs, is an essential tool for various types of food preparation. This high-quality device features interchangeable discs in 2.0 and 3.0 mm sizes, as well as a scraper. With its 2 mm-disc, the food mill can effectively process fibrous ingredients such as leek.

The new straining disc, with its rough surface, is ideal for straining leek, asparagus, and other stringy vegetables, as well as raw apples. The unique metal wiper at the bottom of the disc allows for complete use of all ingredients. The food mill is designed with 3-point hooks for a stable hold, and its position keeps it balanced on the pot, preventing any contact with the strained vegetables. Made entirely of dishwasher-safe, high-quality stainless steel 18/10.
