Quick Overview: The Global GS-10 is a universal cheese knife with holes in the blade to release sticky pieces, and two prongs for serving.

Global produce a universal cheese knife suitable for all different kinds of cheese, whether you like a hard cheddar or indulge in soft, creamy brie. • Holes in the blade: Make it easier to push off sticky pieces of soft cheese.
  • Serrated edge: Suited to cutting through both hard and soft cheese.
  • Two prongs: Genuinely useful for lifting and serving cut pieces.
  • Universal design: Works well across different cheese textures, from hard cheddar to soft brie.

What Customers Ask About This Product

Is it dishwasher safe?

No, handwash only and dry immediately, since dishwashers can blunt and chip the blade and reduce its lifespan.

What's it best used for?

Cutting and serving all kinds of cheese, from hard cheddar to soft, creamy brie.

What are the holes in the blade for?

They reduce suction against the cheese, making it easier to push off sticky pieces cleanly.

In our experience...

Holes in a cheese knife blade are a genuine technical feature. They reduce the surface area in contact with soft cheese, which is what stops it clinging to the blade.

Two prongs turn a knife into a genuine serving tool. Being able to lift and place a cut piece directly, rather than needing a separate server, is a small but useful convenience.

Currently suspended:

It is not currently possible to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe. We hope to reinstate this service as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Rest of the World

If your country is not listed — including the USA, Australia, and other destinations — this is most likely because couriers charge by volumetric weight: a combination of package size and weight that makes standard online rates impractical to calculate automatically.

Please call us on 01737 222996 with the details of your order. We will advise on shipping costs within 24 hours and ask whether you would like to proceed.

Before you order internationally, please note:

All overseas shipments are at your own risk. We recommend taking out appropriate transit insurance to cover any damage in transit.

Customs forms for all international packages declare the full value and a description of the contents. Any customs or import duties levied on arrival in your country are your responsibility. Your local customs office can provide further information.
