Oval or round? An oval casserole suits long cuts such as legs, whole fish and joints. A round one is better for soups, stews and a more even fit on a single hob ring.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Remove labels and packaging, wash in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Hob: Use the most appropriately sized hob ring, particularly on induction hobs. Cook on a medium or low heat for the best results and heat up gradually. Never slide the casserole across a glass hob: lift it on and off.
Utensils: Le Creuset recommends silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic tools. Metal utensils may be used with care but should not be used harshly or scraped over the surface.
Cleaning: Let the casserole cool before cleaning. If food is stuck on, soak in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use abrasive cleaners or stiff pads. It is also dishwasher safe.
Temperature range: Suitable from -23C to 200C, and freezer compatible.

You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
