What Customers Ask About This Product
What's included in the set?
A 24cm deep casserole, a 20cm shallow frying pan, a 28cm shallow frying pan, a 24cm sauté pan, and 16cm and 18cm saucepans, with glass lids where applicable.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend handwashing rather than the dishwasher, to protect the non-stick coating and help it last across the whole set.
Do I need high heat for good results?
No, we'd actually recommend the opposite. Hard anodised aluminium conducts heat so efficiently that medium heat gives excellent results, and high heat is the main cause of non-stick coatings wearing out early.
Can I use metal utensils?
We recommend silicone or wooden utensils instead across the whole set. Metal can be used with care, but even a single careless scrape can permanently damage the coating.
In our experience...
Buying as a set covers most everyday cooking in one purchase. Between the casserole, two frying pans, sauté pan and two saucepans, it's genuinely rare to need a piece outside this set for daily cooking.
Thorough washing matters more than a manufacturer's dishwasher-safe claim suggests. Handwashing in hot soapy water after every use genuinely helps a non-stick coating last, regardless of what the dishwasher-safe label says.
An empty pan is more vulnerable than a full one, across every piece in the set. With nowhere for heat to go, an empty pan overheats far faster than one with oil or food in it, so none of these should be left heating unattended.
Stacking six pieces needs a bit of care. Using a cloth or protector between each one when storing helps prevent the non-stick surfaces scratching against each other.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Heat setting: Always cook on medium heat, even for browning or searing. Hard anodised aluminium conducts heat so efficiently that high heat gives no real benefit and is the single biggest cause of non-stick coatings failing early. If in doubt, use a lower setting than feels intuitive.
Utensils: We recommend silicone or wooden utensils. Metal utensils can technically be used with care, but we don't recommend them, since the coating is only microns thick and even a single careless scrape can cause permanent damage.
Induction hobs: Use a moderate setting and avoid the 'boost' function, which heats too quickly for non-stick cookware.
Glass hobs: Never slide the pans across a glass-topped hob, as this can damage both the base and the glass. Always lift them on, off, or across the surface.
Oven use: Place on a shelf or rack rather than the oven floor, which can increase cooking temperature and lead to damage.
Washing: We recommend handwashing in hot soapy water after every use, rather than the dishwasher, to protect the coating and help it last.
Storage: Place a cloth or protector between each piece when stacking, to avoid scratching the non-stick surfaces.
