The School of Wok Beech Round Chopping Block/Board is a classic round, thick, chopping block used for food preparation in Chinese and many other Asian Cuisines.

The School of Wok Slice and Dice Cleaver is balanced perfectly for chopping and slicing meats and vegetable for preparation in Asian and oriental cooking.

The stainless steel blade is 18cm long, durable and flat ground for fine slicing.

The handle has been ergonomically designed for comfort and grip for safe use. Overall length 31cm.

The beautifully smooth surface of the board has been lightly oiled and is naturally antibacterial, providing a solid base for food preparation.

Beech is incredibly hard wearing and is kind to knives as it lessens the impact on blades, meaning your knife edges will retain their sharpness for longer.

Incredibly robust and durable, the block can be used on both sides and has hand holds for easy lifting.

The wood’s natural beauty also makes it ideal as a serving board as well as a chopping board.

Made in Europe from European beech.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth, do not soak.

Coat with oil to prevent drying out.
