This Silverwood Panettone Pan means you can make the sweet and fruity Italian Christmas cake all year round if you so wish!
Panettone is originally from Milan and is characterised by its shape and height. This Silverwwod pan is perfect for that reason. It is made in the UK from anodised aluminium which is an excellent conductor of heat. an even spread of heat means that your cake won't suffer a soggy bottom or any burnt bits and the baking time will also be reduced. The loose bottom makes it easy to release your cake and the naturally non stick surface of the anodised aluminium means it is a dream to clean!
