Chilly's recommend cleaning your bottle after each use with hot soapy water, please do not leave the bottle to soak. For a very thorough clean please use bicarbonate soda with water.

Whilst Chilly's Bottles are made of high-grade stainless steel which preserve the flavour of freshness of your drinks, if Chilly's Bottles are not cleaned it can lead to a smell or taste developing. For this reason, regular cleaning is highly recommended.

When not using your bottle, Chilly's recommend storing it without the cap on.

If your country is not listed — including the USA, Australia, and other destinations — this is most likely because couriers charge by volumetric weight: a combination of package size and weight that makes standard online rates impractical to calculate automatically.
