This recipe for Blood Orange Mimosas is so light and refreshing, you will almost forget there is alcohol in it…...almost!
Ingredients
- 250 ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice (about 3 oranges)
- 30 ml Raspberry liqueur
- 750 ml bottle of Champagne, Cava or Prosecco
- 2 blood oranges to use for garnish, sliced
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Ice
Method
- Pour the blood orange juice, raspberry liqueur, and champagne into a pitcher.
- Add plenty of ice cubes.
- Stir well, but gently!.
- Add slices of 1 blood orange to the pitcher and a handful of fresh mint.
- Serve in glasses with a slice of orange along the rim and fresh mint for garnish.
- Enjoy!
