This Honey Summer Fizz Cocktail, made with rosé wine, mint, lemon, lime and honey, is the perfect refresher to enjoy al fresco. So easy to prepare, it can also be made in a large jug, making it ideal for a summer party.
Ingredients
- 750 ml bottle Côtes de Provence rosé
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 10 sprigs mint
- large handful ice
- 500 ml sparkling water
- DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
Method
- Pour the rosé and honey into a large jug.
- Squeeze the lemon and lime slices over then drop them in, along with the mint.
- Stir to combine, then add the ice and sparkling water.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve.
Recipe Notes
- You can add cranberry juice, in place of the wine, for a refreshing, alcohol free alternative.
