  • 1 tsp honey

  • 50ml vodka
  • ice

  1. Crush the Mini Eggs in a pestle and mortar then tip onto a small plate.

  3. Pop the glass in the fridge until you need it.
  4. Pour the crème de cacao, Baileys and vodka into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels really cold.
  5. Strain into your prepared glass and serve.

Bloody Mary rim salt

  1. Add a teaspoon of each ingredient to a small bowl or jar.
  2. Give it a mix or a shake!
  3. Simple.

How to rim your glass

  1. To rim a glass, rub the cut edge of a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass. The fresh lemon juice imparts some tart flavour and its sticky juice will help the salt and spices to stick.
  2. Water will not have the same effect and will make your salt rim dissolve more quickly.
  3. Pour some of the Bloody Mary rim salt mixture onto a small plate.
  4. Place the glass upside down onto the plate and twist gently to coat the rim.
